Rudnik is the head of one military settlement in the borders of the country. His exccentric personality can come off as arrogannt more often than not, and leads to him having a few dedicated haters. However, it is an undeniable fact of life that Rudnik is the best strategist in the whole army, his troops respect him and he gets results, therefore most complaints about his work ethics fall on Dante's deaf ears.
