Rudnik is the head of one military settlement in the borders of the country (Dante's sector.) His exccentric personality can come off as arrogannt more often than not, and leads to him having a few dedicated haters. However, it is an undeniable fact of life that Rudnik is the best strategist in the whole army, and as such, most complaints about his work ethics fall on his manager's deaf ears.
